James Woodburn
Director of Customer Success
James Woodburn has been with DDS since 2015, starting as a Data Engineer before advancing to Manager of Product Syndication and now serving as Director of Customer Success. In this role, he oversees the customer success team dedicated to helping distributors and manufacturers achieve success through optimizing the exchange and management of e-commerce product content + more. With a bachelor’s degree in business from Eastern Washington University (Go EAGLES!!), his career path has fueled a deep passion for the tech industry and its impact on digital commerce.
Although marketing was his emphasis in college, James has gravitated towards becoming a full-time nerd in his time with DDS. He enjoys helping solve some of the toughest issues customers are facing across the industry. He is a firm believer in the phrase “hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.” When he isn’t helping DDS become the greatest supplier of data on the planet, you can find him exploring the outdoors with his beautiful wife.
